Upcoming Conference in RI: Impact of Lyme Disease on the Brain

On September 16, 2011, the Rhode Island chapter of the Lyme Disease Association will present a day-long conference at Bryant University in Smithfield, RI entitled “The Impact of Lyme Disease on the Brain: Implications for Mental Health Practitioners.” My presentation on “Psychotherapy with Lyme Disease Patients: Moving Past Traditional Clinical Practice to Creative Treatment” will be part of a comprehensive program, with experts addressing a variety of critical issues. Speakers include Robert Bransfield, MD, Sheila Statlender, PhD, Judy Leventhal, PhD, and Denise Lang-Grant, EdS, LPC. The full program is available here.
